Healing Emotional Trauma

Your body is always trying to communicate with you.

Are you ready to listen?

Slowing down to listen.

One of the most life changing moments I experienced was recognizing how much emotional pain and trauma was stored in my body. I had no clue that years of trauma and old stories were trapped in my subconscious mind and leading my days.

I was stuck in a cycle of trauma. I was an emotional train wreck.

When I began to use somatic therapy and breathwork, memories arose, followed by tears, and then there was this feeling of release and a deeper understanding of my emotions and my body.

I have released so much held pain in my body since then, and that's why I became a Bodytalk Practitioner and Emotional Wellness Coach.

I use a variety of energy and body based tools to help my clients feel more deeply into their bodies and let go of what holds them back.

Welcome Home

What to expect in a healing session.

My sessions begin with the client lying comfortably on a massage table, fully dressed. Or if online, you are encouraged to find a comfortable space with no distractions.

We begin with being grounded in the body and we check in to determine what the body is communicating and how we can best release trapped stories from the nervous system, and how we can restore peace and self-confidence.

I am trained to communicate with your deep subconscious memories, childhood trauma or limiting belief systems, as well as loved ones passed on, should there be any messages they would like to share.

My training in BodyTalk as well as my gifts of being an Emotional Empath, inform my approach to helping your nervous system release held trauma.

I draw on mindfulness practices, breathwork and offer guidance and a safe space to process and release old stories from my years of healing, my intuition and knowledge of the mind-body connection.

Sometimes it may seem straightforward and scientific, and sometimes magical and woo woo. The most important thing for you to know is that whatever we do, it’s all grounded in my years of experience working with wonderful humans, my deep love for my work and my admiration to learn and hold space for others.
